A: No we are not. We specialize in the mixing of chemicals. 


Q: I need a blender for my new kitchen, do you sell these?

A: No. That is the wrong kind of blender. We deal with blenders that are bigger than your kitchen! 


Q: I need service, what should i do?

A: You can email us at support.blendtech@freshdesk.com and a service agent will be able to help you.  You may also contact the office during regular business hours at 905-669-5712 and the receptionist will transfer you to our support agent who will open a ticket in our system.


A: Yes, Blendtech provides emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year - If you're open, we're open.

Q: Do you provide emergency service?


A: We are committed to our product and want to ensure you are getting the most out of it.  We offer a variety of training classes which are held at our Concord location.  Please contact us for more information.

A: Yes! Blendtech prides itself on customer service and ensuring our customers are happy with the service they are provided.  A service agreement provides us with data and history that we collect over time, which in turn helps provide the best experience and service possible.
